On a cold Sunday morning in February, Deena, Krill and Simi ran a 5-a-side Football Tournament as part of the World Unite Festival 2013.
Despite the weather, over 70 footballers turned up eager to represent their own, or adopted, nation against the best the Global Community had to offer. Their enthusiasm led to a highly competitive competition, where participants and supporters alike were able to watch high quality matches whilst mingling and chatting to students from around the world.
Congratulations to the team of first-year undergraduates, Football FC, for their tournament win! We look forward to seeing everyone next time.
